About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional to join our team as a

Social Media, Ads Management & Account Manager

.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, planning and executing digital advertising campaigns, handling client accounts, and coordinating with creative and sales teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and business growth.

This role requires a combination of creativity, communication skills, digital marketing knowledge, and client management capabilities.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow company and client social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
  • Develop monthly content plans and posting calendars
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators for social media creatives and videos
  • Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions
  • Identify social media trends and recommend new creative ideas

Ads Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance, reach, conversions, and ROI
  • Generate leads through targeted advertising strategies
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and insights
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively

Account & Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client requirements and business objectives
  • Coordinate internally with creative, production, and sales teams
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups and campaign reviews
  • Handle revisions, feedback, and client expectations professionally
  • Build strong long-term client relationships

Business Growth Support

  • Support the sales team with campaign ideas and marketing proposals
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services
  • Contribute creative marketing ideas to improve client acquisition and retention
  • Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field
  • Experience in social media management, digital advertising, or account management
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Creative mindset with understanding of branding and marketing trends
  • Experience in media, branding, or creative agencies is preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Social media strategy and planning
  • Paid advertising campaign management
  • Client communication and reporting
  • Basic understanding of branding and content creation
  • Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
