Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Production and Supply Chain Manager role based in Doha, Qatar.
  • The manager will ensure products are sourced, produced, received, stored, and supplied efficiently while maintaining cost control, quality standards, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor, and coordinate production activities based on sales demand, seasonal requirements, and business priorities.
  • Manage the complete supply chain process from procurement planning to product delivery.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers.
  • Monitor inventory levels across warehouse and showrooms to ensure proper stock availability.
  • Ensure products meet required quality, finishing, packaging, and brand standards.
  • Coordinate local and international shipments, customs clearance, delivery schedules, and warehouse receiving.
  • Work with sales and management teams to understand demand trends and upcoming business requirements.
  • Monitor procurement, production, logistics, and storage costs and identify cost reduction opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on production status, stock availability, supplier performance, and inventory movement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in production, procurement, supply chain, inventory, logistics, or operations management.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, leather goods, luxury products, manufacturing, or trading business is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of supplier management, inventory control, demand planning, and logistics coordination.
  • Ability to manage production schedules, shipment timelines, and stock availability.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of ERP, inventory management systems, procurement tools, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work full time on site in Doha, Qatar.
