Responsibilities
- Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots for products, campaigns, events, and brand content.
- Capture high quality product photography, lifestyle photography, portraits, reels, promotional videos, and behind the scenes content.
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards, shot lists, and visual styles for different campaigns.
- Handle camera setup, lighting, angles, composition, framing, and studio arrangements.
- Shoot and edit videos for social media, advertisements, product launches, websites, and digital marketing.
- Edit photos and videos with strong attention to color correction, retouching, grading, audio quality, and final output.
- Create short form content such as Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and promotional clips.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and brand teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Ensure all visual content is aligned with brand identity, creative direction, and quality standards.
- Manage photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lights, tripods, microphones, and studio tools.
- Organize and maintain digital files, raw footage, edited assets, and project archives.
- Stay updated with latest trends in photography, videography, editing styles, social media content, and visual storytelling.
Requirements
- Strong experience in professional photography and videography
- Excellent knowledge of camera operation, lighting setup, composition, framing, and visual storytelling
- Strong editing skills using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Experience in product shoots, fashion shoots, lifestyle content, food photography, events, reels, and promotional videos
- Good understanding of social media content formats, aspect ratios, trends, and platform requirements
- Ability to manage shoots independently from concept to final delivery
- Strong color correction, photo retouching, video editing, and audio editing skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Good communication skills and ability to understand creative feedback
