Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Sales Operations Manager role based in Doha, Qatar.
  • The role will oversee store sales performance, sales pipeline management, customer relationship activities, stock coordination, campaign execution, sales forecasting, CRM discipline, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across showrooms and sales channels.
  • Oversee day to day sales activities across all showrooms.
  • Lead, train, guide, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and store targets.
  • Manage VIP customers, private appointments, and exclusive product previews.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
  • Monitor fast moving, slow moving, and dead stock items and recommend controlled sales plans.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Review existing sales processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales operations, retail sales management, commercial operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience in luxury retail, fashion, leather goods, lifestyle products, or premium customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Good understanding of showroom operations, stock movement, customer handling, and sales team management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and prepare actionable reports.
  • Experience with CRM systems, POS systems, sales tools, and business reporting platforms.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work full time on site in Doha, Qatar.
