About The Role

We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator with 5+ years of experience to join our team.

This is an individual contributor role requiring someone who can take complete ownership of content from ideation to execution while collaborating closely with the video and creative teams.

The ideal candidate is confident on camera, trend-aware, and capable of creating engaging, high-performing content for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Content Strategy & Planning**
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences
  • Plan and manage content calendars across multiple brands and platforms
  • **Content Creation & Execution**
  • Take ownership of end-to-end content execution from idea generation to shoot completion
  • Coordinate, plan, and actively participate on camera for shoots
  • Guide video editors to achieve the desired final output and visual quality
  • **Platform Management**
  • Manage and schedule content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and identity across all channels
  • **Community Engagement**
  • Monitor and engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Drive consistent follower growth across all platforms
  • **Performance & Optimization**
  • Track and analyze key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • **Collaboration & Alignment**
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure social media strategies align with broader client goals
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
  • **Influencer Management**
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators
  • Plan and execute influencer collaborations aligned with brand objectives
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring deliverables and ROI
  • Client servicing
  • Managing clients, taking brief, act like a one man army to write copy, create posts on tools like canva or photoshop, know AI tools to create quick content, capture quick social content and edit to be ready to post at the venue wherever needed, be agile to deliver content like a social expert and take onus for all accounts handled.
  • Will be reporting to AM and coordinate closely to ensure the entire scope is delivered in time. Work with crossborder teams wherever required. Be an extrovert to develop relations with the client side team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media content creation or a similar role
  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills
  • Hands-on experience in planning and executing content shoots
  • Comfortable being on camera and directing content production
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with multiple brands or in an agency setup
  • Basic understanding of video production and editing workflows
  • Experience with influencer marketing campaigns
