We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Dubai, specialising in lifestyle and D2C brands.

We build communities, not just follower counts, and we are looking for a highly organised Account Executive to bridge the gap between our creative team and our clients.

The Role

As our Social Media Account Executive, you are the face of our agency to the client and the voice of the client to our internal teams.

You won't just be posting on Instagram; you will be managing client expectations, ensuring deliverables are met on time, and driving the strategic direction of multiple brand accounts.

What You Will Do (Day-To-Day Responsibilities)

  • **Client Management:**
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 3-5 assigned brand accounts, handling daily communications, weekly WIP (Work In Progress) meetings, and monthly reporting.
  • **Content Coordination:**
  • Brief the internal design and copywriting teams, ensuring all social media calendars are populated, approved by the client, and scheduled 7 days in advance.
  • **Community Management:**
  • Oversee community engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook) ensuring timely responses to comments and DMs.
  • **Performance Tracking:**
  • Extract data from native platforms (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics) to help craft monthly performance reports, highlighting what worked, what didn't, and next steps.
  • **Trend Spotting:**
  • Keep a pulse on current social media trends, specific to the UAE/GCC market, and proactively pitch topical/moment marketing ideas to clients.

  • **Experience:**
  • 1.5 to 3 years working in a digital marketing, advertising, or PR agency in a client-facing or social media role.
  • **Platform Mastery:**
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, including their algorithm updates and new features.
  • **Organisational Skills:**
  • Proficiency in using project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer).
  • **Communication:**
  • Flawless written and spoken English.
  • Ability to present ideas confidently to brand managers.
  • **Market Knowledge:**
  • A strong understanding of the UAE consumer market, expat demographics, and local cultural nuances.

The "Nice-to-Haves" (Brownie Points)

  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) for localized campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of Meta & TikTok Ads Manager (boosting posts, understanding ROAS).
  • Familiarity with Canva for quick edits.
