Social Media Account Manager

who can lead client relationships with authority, strategy, and a commercial mindset.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you are the strategic anchor for our largest clients.

You aren't just managing calendars; you are managing

brand growth and agency-client profitability

.

You will lead a small team of executives and creators to ensure that our creative output aligns with the client’s high-level business goals.

You are responsible for client retention, satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • **Strategic Leadership:**
  • Develop and oversee 360-degree social media strategies for high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with their broader marketing KPIs.
  • **High-Level Client Servicing:**
  • Act as the senior point of contact for Brand Managers and CMOs.
  • You will lead monthly strategy reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • **Team Oversight:**
  • Lead and mentor Social Media Executives, ensuring quality control across content calendars, community management, and reporting.
  • **Account Growth:**
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell agency services (e.g., influencer campaigns, paid media, or video production) to existing clients.
  • **Data-Driven Consulting:**
  • Go beyond basic metrics.
  • Analyze deep-funnel data to provide actionable insights on ROI, ROAS, and brand sentiment.
  • **Crisis Management:**
  • Handle sensitive client issues or social media "PR fires" with professional composure and strategic solutions.

  • **Experience:**
  • Minimum 5+ years in a Social Media or Digital Agency, with at least 2 years in a dedicated client-facing

Account Management

  • **Strategic Mastery:**
  • Proven track record of managing social strategy for major brands (Lifestyle, F&B, or D2C preferred).
  • **Commercial Acumen:**
  • Experience in managing client budgets and a demonstrated ability to retain and grow accounts.
  • **Platform Expertise:**
  • Expert-level knowledge of Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms (including advanced knowledge of Business Manager and Analytics).
  • **Communication:**
  • Exceptional presentation skills and "boardroom-ready" English.
  • You must be able to sell an idea to a skeptical client.
  • **Local Insight:**
  • Deep roots in the UAE market; you understand the GCC cultural calendar and what resonates with local and expat audiences.

  • **Bilingual:**
  • Proficiency in Arabic (written/spoken) is a significant advantage.
  • **Paid Media Knowledge:**
  • Ability to discuss paid social strategy (Meta Ads/TikTok Ads) at a high level.

  • An existing network of influencers or partners within the UAE lifestyle space.
