Requirements
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, including creator discovery, contract negotiation, and campaign oversight
- Hands on Social Media Marketing skills, covering strategy, content planning, and performance tracking across major platforms
- Public Relations skills to support brand visibility, reputation management, and partnership storytelling
- Sales oriented mindset to connect social and influencer initiatives to measurable business outcomes
- Experience working with creative teams to develop social first concepts, assets, and narratives
- Ability to use analytics tools to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and report clearly on performance
- Comfort working in a fast paced, remote, cross functional environment; strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in digital marketing, creator economy, or tech/AI driven businesses is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
