- Strong media planning and media strategy skills, with proven experience designing and scaling paid media campaigns for fintech brands
- Effective communication and public relations skills
- Experience working with new media channels and digital platforms, including paid social, search, programmatic, and emerging ad formats
- Hands on expertise with performance marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, attribution tools)
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and drive measurable outcomes such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Solid understanding of fintech products, regulatory considerations, and customer journeys within financial services
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Role Description
- The Senior Paid Media Manager (fintech experience) is a full time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home.
- This role leads the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital channels for fintech clients, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Design media strategies, oversee budgets, manage performance reporting, and continuously test and refine campaigns based on data insights.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, content, and tech teams to align messaging, audience targeting, and funnel design with client objectives.
- Mentor junior team members, ensure compliance with fintech industry standards and regulations, and contribute to developing best practices and playbooks for paid media at KIDAN.
Qualifications
- Strong media planning and media strategy skills, with proven experience designing and scaling paid media campaigns for fintech brands.

- Experience working with new media channels and digital platforms, including paid social, search, programmatic, and emerging ad formats.
