- Develop brand positioning and messaging
- Plan and execute virtual and in person events
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and growth teams to align event concepts with brand and revenue objectives
- Manage timelines and budgets, coordinate with vendors, partners, and speakers
- Analyze event performance and optimize future initiatives
- Contribute ideas that strengthen community engagement and brand awareness
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in brand management, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity stewardship
- Proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing events (virtual, hybrid, and in person)
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content driven campaigns
- Comfort working with data and analytics tools to measure event performance and brand impact
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in cross functional and remote teams
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- Full time, remote role responsible for shaping KIDAN's brand presence and delivering high impact events across key markets.
- Develop brand positioning and messaging, plan and execute virtual and in person events, ensure consistent brand representation.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and growth teams; manage timelines and budgets; coordinate with vendors, partners, and speakers.
- Analyze event performance, optimize future initiatives, contribute ideas to strengthen community engagement and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in brand management, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity stewardship.
- Proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing events (virtual, hybrid, and in person), with strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content driven campaigns that support brand and event objectives.
- Comfort working with data and analytics tools to measure event performance, brand impact, and audience engagement.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in cross functional and remote teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast paced, AI native environment.
- Experience with tech, media, or high growth brands, and an understanding of B2B and B2C audiences, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
