Requirements
- 2–4 years managing social or creating content for an agency.
- A killer portfolio of short form videos, memes, and copywriting that drove real engagement.
- Flawless timing and a deep understanding of platform metrics.
- Chronically online: fluent in TikTok, X, and Instagram.
- Culturally fluent: knows the difference between a good meme and forced corporate cringe.
- Sharp writer: can pen punchy one liners, execute flawless community replies, and match brand voices.
- Self starter: does not wait for permission to be creative.
