Responsibilities
- Create, update and maintain SmartPlant project databases and engineering information
- Develop and manage SmartPlant P&IDs, 3D models, instrumentation data, engineering tags and associated project deliverables
- Ensure consistency and integrity of engineering data across all SmartPlant applications
- Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Civil disciplines for design integration
- Generate reports, drawings, material take offs and engineering documentation from SmartPlant systems
- Support project setup, user management, data migration and system administration activities
- Review engineering deliverables for compliance with project requirements and company standards
- Assist in troubleshooting SmartPlant application issues and provide user support and training
- Participate in project reviews, model reviews and engineering coordination meetings
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy of engineering data
Requirements
- Experience with SmartPlant applications (P&IDs, 3D models, instrumentation data)
- Ability to coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Civil disciplines
- Experience in generating reports, drawings, material take offs and engineering documentation from SmartPlant
- Ability to support project setup, user management, data migration and system administration
- Ability to review engineering deliverables for compliance
- Troubleshooting SmartPlant application issues and providing user support
