- Perform calculations and hydraulic analysis for process piping.
- Preparation of various engineering deliverables such as Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, control philosophies, shutdown philosophies, Sequence of Operation, HAZOP Studies & reports.
- Hydrostatic design and calculations, knowledge of constructability and other process related studies.
- Preparation & Issue of RFQs, evaluation of vendor quotations, clarifications, Technical Bid Analysis.
- Review of vendor documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications and calculations.
Requirements
- 10 15 years of experience in process engineering
- Experience in performing calculations and hydraulic analysis for process piping
- Experience in preparing engineering deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, and HAZOP studies
- Knowledge of constructability and other process related studies
