About the Role
Napco National is seeking a Skilled Helper to assist in production operations, including transporting materials, loading/unloading rolls, weighing products, and performing 5S duties.

Responsibilities
- Transport mixing material from mixing unit to machines ensuring continuous feeding
- Avail ORM, packing material, machine accessories and ink buckets upon need
- Load WIP rolls on the machine (Printing/Cutting)
- Unload rolls or bags and pack them according to the required packing mode
- Weigh products and record the weight on the product label
- Monitor the machine & product during production and relay any defect to the concerned to safeguard quality
- Return left over material and machine accessories to designated places to maintain sorting and set in order
- Collect, weigh and segregate waste and relay waste figure to Operator for production report
- Perform 5S duties according to Operator and Lead Operator instructions
- Segregate products under Hold based on Internal Rejection feedback
- Clean printing machine parts according to work instructions to ensure parts’ cleanliness and readiness

Job Responsibilities & Tasks
- Transport Mixing Material from Mixing Unit to Machines insuring continuous feeding (Extrusion).
- Avail ORM, packing material, machine accessories and ink buckets upon need.
- Load WIP rolls on the machine (Printing/Cutting).
- Unload rolls or bags and pack them according to the required packing mode.
- Weigh products and record the weight on the product label.
- Monitor the machine & product during production and relay any defect to the concerned to safeguard the quality of the run.
- Return left over Material and machine accessories to its designated places inside the section to maintain proper “Sorting” and “Set in Order”.
- Collect, weigh and segregate the waste and relay waste figure to Operator in order to report it in the Production Report.
- Perform 5S duties according to the Operator and Lead Operator instructions in order to sustain 5S conditions.
- Segregate products under Hold based on Internal Rejection feedback.
- Clean printing machine parts according to the set Work Instructions in order to insure parts’ cleanliness and readiness for next use (applicable for Printing Helper).
