About the Role
Napco National is hiring a Skilled Helper in Abu Dhabi to assist with machine setup, material handling, packing, and maintaining cleanliness. The role supports operators and team leaders in production.

Responsibilities
- Prepare raw materials and ORM on the machine
- Check that all RM/ORM are in place based on Job Factory Ticket
- Help in preparing and setting the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket
- Check and load various RM/ORM around the clock
- Prepare pallets and packing material if needed
- Handle packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing and transferring of finished rolls
- Monitor the machine and product during production
- Acquire needed paperwork and materials from related sections
- Dispose of generated waste
- Assist Team leader, Lead operator and operator upon request
- Fill the roll/pallet label
- Report any quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator and operator

Responsibilities
- Pre Make ready: Prepare RM / ORM on his machine.
- Start Up/ Job Setting: Checks that all RM/ ORM are in place based on the Job Factory Ticket.
- Help in preparing and setting the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket.
- Job Production: Checks & loads various RM/ ORM around the clock.
- Prepares pallets and packing material if needed.
- Handles the packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing and transferring of finished rolls.
- Monitors the machine & product during production.
- Acquires all needed paperwork & materials (documents, parts, tools…) from related sections.
- Disposes of generated waste.
- Assists Team leader, Lead operator and operator upon request.
- Fill the roll / pallet label.
- To report any quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator and operator.
