Turnkey Projects LLC is a Dubai-based renovation company specializing in high-end residential and commercial renovations.
Role Overview
The role is a hands-on Site Supervisor position in the UAE interior fit-out and renovation industry.
The supervisor manages daily site operations, subcontractors, materials, quality, schedules, safety, and regulatory compliance.
The position is not a junior or office-based coordination role and requires independent site ownership.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on UAE interior fit-out or renovation site supervision experience.
- Experience supervising residential and/or commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and trades including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters.
- Ability to read architectural, joinery, MEP, and interior fit-out drawings.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Availability to work on-site in Dubai.
- Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience coordinating Dubai building or community NOCs, work permits, access permits, and site requirements.
- Experience with high-end residential villas, apartments, or commercial fit-out projects is preferred.
- A diploma is preferred.
- Arabic is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise workers and subcontractors on site.
- Support project managers with work schedules and project timelines.
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, site records, reports, meetings, and client updates.
- Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Check workmanship, measurements, quantities, snagging, and rectification works.
- Coordinate MEP works with architectural and interior works.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, NOCs, building management requirements, and access permits.
- Maintain site cleanliness and coordinate work around occupied properties.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person on site in Dubai.
