Role Overview
TurnKey Renovations is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fit-out Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager in Dubai.
The role combines fit-out site supervision with project coordination and increasing client-facing responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to drawings.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and clients for timely project execution.
- Monitor timelines, assist with schedules and progress reporting, and support resource allocation.
- Review drawings, identify discrepancies, provide site measurements, and report site conditions.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections, particularly for finishing works, and resolve snags and defects.
- Track material deliveries, manage site logistics, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- G+1 certification with Dubai Municipality.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE fit-out industry.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle.
Other Requirements
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and Dubai building regulations.
- Strong understanding of finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- English is required and Arabic is preferred.
