Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects while coordinating teams and maintaining timelines and budgets.
• Ensure construction work follows approved plans, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.
• Review technical drawings, conduct site surveys, set out levels, and verify that work is executed correctly.
• Monitor construction progress, conduct inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety briefings, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and support efficient use of resources.
• Prepare site reports, maintain progress records, and document project issues or deviations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification, is typically required.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage construction projects effectively.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues and challenges on site.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential.
