• Ability to collaborate with faculty members, clinical staff, students, and administration.

Designation-Specific Scope

• Assistant Professors deliver assigned teaching, supervise clinical work, assess students, mentor learners, and support research and documentation.
• Associate Professors undertake advanced teaching, coordinate academic activities, guide research, and support the HOD with academic and clinical management.
• Professors provide departmental leadership, lead curriculum and research initiatives, mentor faculty, and contribute to institutional development and accreditation.

Compensation

• Salary is ₹25,000 to ₹60,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience, designation, and institutional norms.
• Benefits include a flexible schedule.

Work Location

• The work location is Harsha College of Nursing, Harsha Institutions, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
• Work is performed in person.
