Job Summary
Harsha College of Nursing is seeking qualified and experienced nursing professionals for Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor positions in Obstetrics and Gynaecological Nursing.
The selected faculty member will support teaching, clinical instruction, student mentoring, academic planning, research, assessment, and departmental activities.
The role contributes to nursing education and clinical training in maternal, newborn, and reproductive health.
Teaching and Clinical Duties
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Obstetrics and Gynaecological Nursing.
- Prepare lectures, tutorials, demonstrations, seminars, case studies, presentations, and other academic activities.
- Supervise clinical postings in obstetrics and gynaecology departments.
- Provide instruction in antenatal, intranatal, postnatal, labour room, high-risk pregnancy, neonatal, and gynaecological care.
- Demonstrate and supervise maternal and newborn nursing procedures.
- Guide students in the assessment and management of mothers, newborns, pregnant women, and gynaecological patients.
