Responsibilities
- Ensure progress of work is achieved through safety standards and quality requirements
- Adhere to site rules and regulations and maintain blue book for HSE team
- Monitor setting out carried out by labor and relay layout discrepancies to line manager
- Maintain site labor output register and timesheets with overtime
- Report site progress and issues to line manager
- Coordinate with stores for receipt/handling of materials and maintain records
- Ensure tools and plant are maintained orderly and report damages
- Handle internal and external client complaints effectively
- Ensure laborers are trained on latest installation methods
- Supervise quality of material and installation per specifications
- Advise laborers on minimizing wastage and proper tool handling
- Work towards attaining Zero Snags
Requirements
- Awareness of company work values, quality policy, and HSE policy
- Ability to allocate work to labor force and monitor setting out
- Experience in maintaining site labor output registers and timesheets
- Coordination with stores for materials receipt and handling
- Effective communication with internal divisions and external subcontractors

Summary
- Responsible for overlooking projects completion as per Company requirements and supporting the immediate Supervisor as and when required.
Responsibilities
- Awareness of the Company Work Values, Quality Policy Statement, HSE Policy Statement, and all safety related aspects.
- Ensure progress of work is achieved through safety standards and quality requirements.
- Adhere to site rules and regulations.
- Maintain and update the blue book for HSE team to verify.
- Adhere to the daily plan and allocate work to the labor force as per line manager’s instructions.
- Monitor the setting out carried out at the site by the labor and to ensure that works are carried out accurately and relay layouts information for discrepancies found, if any, at the site and sort out such issues by escalating to the line manager.
- Maintain the site labor output register to evaluate performance or productivity of the workforce.
- Take role call and maintain the site labor timesheets with overtime allocated.
- Advance information to the line manager regarding resource requirements for smooth execution of work and raise resource requests in a timely manner to ensure resource availability.
- Report to the line manager on the site progress and issues being faced at site.
- Coordinate with stores for receipt/handling of materials.
- Maintain records of all materials received at the site and returned from the site.
