About the Role
Bond Interior Design is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to oversee project completion in Dubai. The role requires managing site activities, procurement, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and timeline requirements.

Responsibilities
- Ensure project progress meets safety and quality standards
- Execute project mobilization plan as planned
- Obtain all necessary permits for site access
- Create baseline program with planning department and issue to stakeholders
- Create detailed procurement schedule after project kick off
- Monitor progress and update project programme accordingly
- Ensure long lead and project specified materials are ordered timely
- Raise, maintain, and record RFIs, CVIs, and variations
- Assist post contract team with valuation and client payment demand
- Study project contract documents
- Send weekly progress report to client with pictures
- Provide daily/weekly task breakdown to team
Requirements
- Awareness of company work values, quality policy, and HSE policy
- Ability to obtain site permits from authorities
- Experience in creating baseline programs and procurement schedules
- Proficiency in monitoring progress and updating project programmes
- Ability to raise and manage RFIs, CVIs, and variations
- Experience in preparing weekly progress reports
- Effective communication with stakeholders

Summary
- Responsible for overlooking projects completion as per Company requirements and supporting the immediate Supervisor as and when required.
Responsibilities
- Awareness of the Company Work Values, Quality Policy Statement, HSE Policy Statement, and all project related safety aspects.
- Ensure progress of work is achieved through safety standards and quality requirements.
- Adhere to site rules and regulations.
- Ensure that the project mobilization plan is executed as planned.
- Obtain all permits for accessing the site from the authorities in coordination with our technical design team, design team and the PRO engineers.
- Create baseline program with the assistance of a planning department and issue to all the relevant stakeholders of the project.
- Create detailed procurement schedule after the project kick‐off meeting and forward the same to the procurement department.
- Monitor progress and ensure that the project programme is updated accordingly.
- Ensure that all long lead and project specified material are ordered in a timely manner.
- Raise, maintain and issue and record RFI’s, CVI’s and variations identified at site.
- Assist the post contract team with valuation detail and client payment demand.
- Study project contract documents.
