- Supervise construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize cost effectiveness
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Collaborate with project engineers to resolve technical issues and implement engineering solutions
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements

- Prepare and submit project status reports to the Project Director, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations
- Manage procurement activities, including material orders and deliveries, to support project timelines and requirements
- Mentor and provide guidance to project teams for skill development and performance improvement
