- Review scope of works, drawings, specification etc. upon receipt of tender documents.
- Prepare tender queries for missing documents/doubts.
- Participate in pre tender/post tender meetings with clients/consultants.
- Attend pre tender/post tender meetings and carry out site surveys.
- Coordinate and review the quantities received from Bond international India Office.
- Review/generate BOQs against drawings.
- Estimate man hours, duration and resources required for variations activities.
- Prepare commercial and technical bid proposal.
- Prepare final contract BOQ after discussion with department manager based on agreed contract value.
- Prepare and submit cost comparison sheets for all supply and subcontractor items.
- Carry out value engineering studies and preparing alternative proposal.
- Attend internal kick off meeting and handover all the contract documents to the project team.
Requirements
- Experience in preparing full estimates for large and complex MEP projects
- Ability to review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and cost comparison
- Experience in value engineering studies
