The Site Reliability Engineer supports and maintains Open Innovation AI products and deployments across customer environments.

The engineer diagnoses incidents, restores service availability, and applies knowledge of operational processes and product architecture.
Role Responsibilities
- Support customer production deployments, including environments with restricted connectivity or air-gapped operation.
- Ensure availability, upgrades, and stability of end-to-end AI platforms and solutions.
- Diagnose incidents across hardware, Linux, Kubernetes, containers, middleware, and platform components.
- Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes and restore service.
