Role Overview
The AI Engineer will build applied AI features for the company's agentic platform.
The role combines software engineering, experimentation with current LLM and agent systems, research review, and production delivery.
Responsibilities
- Write reliable code for agentic and applied AI product features.
- Deploy agents, orchestration flows, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, and multi-agent systems.
- Prototype models, techniques, and frameworks, then integrate effective approaches.
- Build evaluations, benchmarks, and observability for agent performance.
- Maintain production AI workloads through automation and scaling.
- Translate user needs into technical specifications with product and other teams.
- Debug, test, and tune the product for speed and correctness.
- Review code and help junior engineers develop.
