Site Quality Engineer

• What are my responsibilities?
• Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations
• Prepare and manage quality documentation (ITPs, checklists, reports)
• Conduct inspections and audits to identify issues and ensure quality compliance
• Review installations, materials, and test results for accuracy and standards adherence
• Support installation and commissioning teams with method statements and quality requirements
• Track non-conformities and punch items and ensure timely resolution
• Analyze and report quality performance (KPIs, NCRs, audits)
• Coordinate with teams, contractors, and clients on quality matters
• Implement QMS and ISO 9001 standards and support internal audits
• Drive continuous improvement and deliver quality training
• What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Bachelor?s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 3?5 years experience in railway signaling or similar projects
• Knowledge of railway systems, safety standards, and ISO 9001:2015
• ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor certification (required)
• Familiarity with quality tools and problem-solving methods (Six Sigma is a plus)
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage documentation
• Proficiency in computer tools and reporting
• Willingness to travel and work on-site + valid driving license
