- Setup materials, machinery, and personnel to create strong production lines

- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including engineering, supply chain, project management, and HR
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and corporate leadership
- Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles where applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- 3 years of manufacturing experience with welding, cutting, forming, fabrication and quality specifications
- Strong knowledge of production management, safety standards, and quality systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Must be able to communicate in English

Overview
- We’re seeking a dynamic and hands on Operations Leader/Site Manager to spearhead production ramp up, drive process excellence, and lead a high performing team in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage plant operations including production, maintenance, and logistics.
- Recruit, train, and develop plant staff to build a high performing team.
- Setup materials, machinery, and personnel, to create strong production lines.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including engineering, supply chain, project management, and HR within Saudi and US sites to influence CSI Ametek goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and corporate leadership.
- Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- 3 years of manufacturing experience with welding, cutting, forming, fabrication and quality specifications.
- Strong knowledge of production management, safety standards, and quality systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Working Conditions
- Full time position with occasional extended hours based on operational needs.
- On site role in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and production processes.
Language Skills
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Needs to be able to communicate and function within Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to communicate with diverse mix of nationalities coming to Saudi preferred.
Mathematical Skills
- Basic math skills required with Algebra and Trigonometry preferred.
Reasoning Ability
- Must be able to understand and solve problems and situations in the best interest of all parties involved.
Computer Skills
- Basic computer skills required such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to be trained and operate within CSI Ametek ERP system.
Other Skills And Abilities
- Highly motivated individual willing to take on additional responsibilities and duties under a challenging and compressed schedules.
