About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide nurse call clinical training, go live support, reports analysis, and customer support from the end user (nursing) perspective
- Be present at sales demonstrations to serve as the clinical expert for the system and its capabilities
- Handle accounts from point of sale, through complete implementation, and represent Rauland as the main point of contact for clinical needs
- Troubleshoot software systems remotely and on site
- Thorough testing of the solutions sold prior to training
- Present and tailor training styles to multiple levels of care including nursing staff, IT personnel, physicians, engineering, and hospital leadership
Requirements
- Current clinical accreditation, RN preferred
- 2+ years in a patient facing role
- Familiarity with nursing workflows, challenges and limitations
- Familiarity with clinical integrators such as EMRs, RTLS, telecommunications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer skills for documentation, training material development, and professional communication
- Problem solver that finds satisfaction in filling gaps for customers
- Organization skills to oversee a large territory with many accounts
- Willingness to travel within the territory
- Bi lingual in English and Spanish preferred

Role Overview
- Rauland is a leader in critical communications in healthcare and education sectors.
- Seeking a Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) to join the Rauland Healthcare Solutions Team in California.
- The CAS is a cross functional liaison between healthcare accounts and the Rauland Integrated Solutions team.
- Key customers include acute care, long term care, stand alone emergency departments, and ambulatory surgical centers.
Key Job Requirements

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse, RN, preferred. Other clinical based professions will be considered if they overlap with the nursing workflow and patient stay experience
- 2+ years in a patient facing role
- English language, Bi lingual in English and Spanish, preferred.
Compensation
- Employee Type: Salaried
- Currency: USD
- Salary Minimum: 90,000
- Salary Maximum: 135,000
- Incentive: No
Working Hours/travel/remote Work
- Willingness to travel within the territory. Travel will rarely require overnight stays.
- Upon successful onboarding, CAS will have a trip to manufacturer in Mt. Prospect, IL.
- Working hours may vary depending on project timelines; trainings typically around change of shift, 0600 0700, and 1800 1900.
- CAS can create their own schedule for remote/on site work, but expected in the field on average 3 4 days per week.
