Partnering with a major supermarket retailer, you will lead a large and diverse workforce across a complex, high-volume transport environment. Leading more than 150 team members across both blue and white collar functions, you will inspire high performance through authentic leadership, meaningful engagement, and a strong commitment to safety, service, and continuous improvement. Key areas:
Drive cultural change and shape a safe, inclusive, and engaged workplace
Lead transport performance with focus on safety, compliance, service, and cost
Build trusted customer relationships while balancing operational priorities
Navigate workplace and union matters with fairness and respect
Develop and empower the broader team to achieve their potential
Drive continuous improvement to strengthen efficiency and outcomes
Proven leadership of large transport teams (100+ / 150+ employees), with an inclusive and visible leadership style
Strong logistics or supply chain background, with transport experience highly regarded
Confidence to make clear decisions and set priorities under pressure
Open, authentic communication and strong stakeholder engagement
A track record of leading cultural change that improves safety, engagement, and performance
Experience in industrial relations, union engagement, and workforce matters across large teams
