Transport Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Transport Coordinator to join our Resources & Industrial operation in Hazelmere. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in transport, logistics or operations coordination who is looking to further develop their career within a large and diverse transport business.

Working closely with our scheduling and operational teams, you will help coordinate daily transport activities, support service delivery and build strong relationships with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders. Key areas:

Support daily transport operations to ensure customer requirements are met safely and efficiently

Assist with scheduling activities, resource allocation and operational planning

Monitor service delivery performance and respond to operational issues as they arise

Liaise with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders to support day-to-day operations

Maintain accurate operational records, system updates and reporting

Support compliance with fatigue management, Chain of Responsibility and legislative requirements

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the operation

Experience in transport, logistics, fleet coordination, dispatch or a similar operational role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships

A customer-focused approach and willingness to solve problems as they arise

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate administration

Confidence using computer systems and learning new technologies
