Key skills for this role
In this key role, you will coordinate training and compliance activities for Linfox employees, agency employees and subcontractors. Working closely with safety, training, compliance and operations teams, you will maintain accurate systems and records while supporting inductions, audits and continuous improvement. Key areas:
Coordinate employee, agency worker and subcontractor onboarding
Manage training requirements, driver medicals, external training and accredited courses
Maintain accurate training records, procedures, resources and forms
Support internal, external and subcontractor compliance audits
Improve training and compliance practices by reviewing processes, resolving system issues and recommending improvements
Support the operational teams as required
You are an experienced administrator who takes pride in accuracy, can manage competing priorities and is comfortable working independently while partnering with operational and support teams. You have a strong interest in business compliance and regulatory requirements. You can demonstrate:
Experience in an administration role, ideally within a transport environment.
Experience using management systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Effective problem-solving, documentation and IT skills.
A working knowledge of Australian transport rules and regulations, desirable.
