About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule site inspections with clients, contractors, and inspectors
- Maintain inspection required documentation before site inspection
- Ensure all Request for site inspections comply with project specifications
- Maintain and update site inspection records, NC reports, and tracking logs
- Follow up with Quality engineers for alarming and close out of site inspection findings
- Liaise with quality teams and external stakeholders regarding inspection packages
- Monitor site inspection progress and provide regular status updates
- Support site/construction audits and ensure inspection documentation is properly filed
- Track key site inspection metrics and KPIs and prepare reports
- Collect and maintain site summary status of inspection and quality activities
- Communicate daily site RFIs issuance and close out via COMPANY portal
- Maintain final site quality dossiers for handover to client
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering with professional qualifications and accreditation relevant to the role
- Minimum 8+ years of Oil & Gas experience
- Previous experience in inspection coordination activities in EPC/PMC projects
- Experience in vendor inspection requirement and third party coordination
- Experience in preparing and maintaining inspection registers
- Experience in preparing Master Project POs inspection look ahead schedule/plan
- Experience in Mechanical with NDT level II and Welding preferably CWI or CSWIP knowledge

Skills And Qualifications
