- Develop and prepare HSE Plans for greenfield (grassroots) projects
- Coordinate and collaborate with other IK HSE organizations and project stakeholders to ensure compliance with HSE requirements
- Lead site risk assessment studies and identify project related HSE risks and mitigation measures
- Develop and implement Process Safety Management (PSM) Programs for projects
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline
- Lead/Senior HSE advisor experience with project/contract experience in O&G or other industry
- Proven experience in oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries
- Demonstrated HSE experience on large scale projects
- Experience developing HSE Plans for greenfield projects
- Experience leading site risk assessment studies
- Capable of developing and implementing Process Safety Management (PSM) Programs
- Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, hazard identification, risk assessment, incident prevention, and regulatory compliance
- Thorough understanding of international HSE standards, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills
- Must hold an internationally recognized professional safety certification (CSP, CMIOSH, or equivalent)

Qualifications & Experience
