About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements
- Assign tasks to workers and monitor their productivity and workmanship
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Engineers to execute daily work plans
- Monitor attendance and manage labor allocation to maximize productivity
- Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with project quality requirements
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to maintain smooth workflow
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available before starting work activities
- Report material shortages, equipment issues, and site problems to the Site Engineer
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Ensure all workers comply with company safety policies and site HSE requirements
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and promote safe working practices
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architectural, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in Fit Out or finishing projects
- Strong knowledge of finishing works, including gypsum, ceilings, partitions, flooring, painting, joinery, and decorative finishes
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Basic English communication skills are preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
