About the Role

Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across project sites
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance
- Prepare and review Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis, and Permit to Work systems
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare detailed reports
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with safety requirements
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training programs
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment
- Maintain HSE records, reports, statistics, and documentation
- Coordinate emergency response plans, evacuation drills, and fire safety activities
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities regarding HSE matters
- Monitor compliance with environmental requirements and waste management procedures
- Support project teams in achieving company and client safety objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in HSE management within construction, fit out, MEP, or contracting projects
- Experience working on construction sites in Saudi Arabia
- Familiarity with Saudi Labor Law, HSE regulations, and international safety standards
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred

Job Summary
- The Safety Engineer (Executive) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards across all company projects and sites. Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and review Risk Assessments (RA), Method Statements (MS), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with safety requirements.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training programs for employees and workers.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, statistics, and documentation.
- Coordinate emergency response plans, evacuation drills, and fire safety activities.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities regarding HSE matters.
- Monitor compliance with environmental requirements and waste management procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in HSE management within construction, fit out, MEP, or contracting projects.
- Experience working on construction sites in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with Saudi Labor Law, HSE regulations, and international safety standards.

- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and risk management.
- Ability to prepare HSE reports and conduct incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project sites.
