- Supervise and manage execution of interior fit out works per approved drawings, specifications, schedule, and quality standards
- Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Review and coordinate shop drawings prior to construction
- Coordinate architectural, MEP, and fire protection works to resolve clashes
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses per schedule
- Prepare and follow up on weekly and daily work plans
- Review and respond to RFIs and technical queries
- Monitor material submittals, shop drawings, and samples for compliance
- Supervise subcontractors and monitor performance and compliance
- Coordinate with Procurement Department for timely material delivery
- Identify project risks and propose technical solutions
- Monitor variations and change orders, assessing impact on cost and schedule
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Fit Out or turnkey construction projects
- Strong knowledge of fit out materials, construction methods, and finishing works
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project activities simultaneously

Job Description

Qualifications
