Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site operations for interior fit out projects
- Coordinate and monitor carpentry, joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, MEP, and finishing works
- Allocate tasks and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
- Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company standards
- Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and equipment on site
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues
- Monitor productivity and ensure efficient utilization of manpower
- Assist in project handovers and snagging activities
- Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in interior fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of fit out construction methods, materials, and finishing works
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings
- Experience managing site labor and subcontractors
- Good understanding of health, safety, and quality standards
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project requirements.
