- Supervise and manage site activities for joinery and interior fit out works
- Handle installation of doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, vanity units, TV units, wall cladding, etc.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved shop drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
- Conduct site inspections, snagging, and final handover processes
- Prepare and raise inspection requests (WIR/MIR) and follow up for approvals
- Manage materials, manpower, and daily site operations
- Maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates
- Ensure timely project completion within budget
Requirements
- Experience in joinery and interior fit out works
- Ability to supervise site activities and manage installation
- Knowledge of approved shop drawings and specifications
- Coordination skills with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
