About the Role
Naffco is seeking a Site Engineer for Pipes & Fittings to execute and supervise fire stopping site activities in Dubai. The role requires experience in fire stopping, strong coordination skills, and a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise Fire Stopping site activities in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and company quality standards
- Review project drawings, method statements, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation at site
- Plan and manage daily site operations, including manpower allocation, work schedules, and progress monitoring
- Handle multiple project sites simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and completion of works
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution and issue resolution
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and approved procedures
- Monitor site productivity, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines
- Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates as required by management
- Provide technical guidance and support to site teams to ensure proper execution of fire stopping works
- Support overall project planning, coordination, and successful delivery within the defined schedule
Requirements
- Experience in Fire Stopping site execution and coordination within the construction industry
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and manage site related activities effectively
- Good knowledge of site production, quality control, and inspection procedures
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
