Responsibilities
- Manage daily attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate submission of attendance and overtime data
- Maintain employee files and HR records in compliance with company policies
- Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and induction of new employees
- Coordinate employee documentation, contract renewals, and HR correspondence
- Generate HR reports related to manpower, attendance, leave, turnover, and payroll
- Coordinate with production and department managers regarding workforce requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper HR documentation
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across factory operations
- Maintain HR data within ERP/HRMS systems and ensure data accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience in a factory/manufacturing setup
- Experience in attendance and payroll coordination
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- ERP/HRMS experience (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- Good Excel and communication skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Factory HR Coordinator to support the day to day HR operations within a manufacturing environment.
- The role involves handling employee records, attendance management, payroll coordination, onboarding, employee relations, HR reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- The ideal candidate should have experience working in a factory or manufacturing setup and be comfortable managing a large workforce.
