Role Purpose
Oversee construction activities at the worksite to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate stakeholders, manage resources, and support smooth construction progress toward project objectives.
Operational Direction
- Coordinate with site managers, construction managers, and stakeholders on project requirements and scope.
- Assess the site and identify potential construction challenges before work begins.
- Coordinate site clearance, excavation, and leveling activities.
- Oversee procurement, delivery, storage, quality, and efficient use of materials.
- Monitor construction activities for compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Coordinate subcontractors and specialized trades for timely execution.
Quality and Safety
- Implement quality assurance and quality control processes, inspections, and testing.
- Enforce safety regulations and best practices, conduct briefings, and ensure appropriate PPE use.
- Identify safety hazards and implement improvements to create a safer worksite.
- Identify inefficiencies and improve project completion efficiency and resource utilization.
