Role Purpose
Oversee construction activities at the worksite so projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate stakeholders, manage resources, and help construction progress smoothly toward project objectives.
Site and Construction Operations
- Assess the construction site and potential challenges before work begins.
- Coordinate site clearance, excavation, and leveling activities.
- Monitor foundation, structural, finishing, and other construction work against engineering drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Review and follow up on SSRVs and control material waste on site.
Quality, Safety, and Resources
- Implement quality assurance and quality control processes, inspections, and tests.
- Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety briefings, and ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
- Identify safety hazards and implement safety improvements.
- Evaluate resource use and improve material, equipment, and labor efficiency.
