Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire marble processing workflow, from raw block inspection to finished product dispatch, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets.
- Manage and optimize the operation of marble cutting, polishing, and finishing machinery, troubleshooting technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures at each stage of production, meticulously inspecting marble for defects and consistency.
