- Supervise day to day site execution of interior fit out works
- Ensure all activities are carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, and authority standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth site operations
- Monitor progress of works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and MEP coordination
- Review drawings and resolve technical issues on site in coordination with the Project Manager and consultants
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination between different trades to avoid delays and clashes
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project standards
- Track project progress and provide regular updates, reports, and site documentation
- Manage material deliveries, inspections, and site requirements
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations on site
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams
- Assist in preparing as built drawings and project handover documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit out projects (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good coordination, communication, and site management skills
- Familiarity with HSE standards and site safety practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD
