About the Role
Hammer Group is looking for a Sales Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for design and build projects in the UAE. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, sales coordination, and CRM management.

Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads for residential villas, commercial fit out, interior design, renovation, and landscape projects
- Approach potential clients, consultants, architects, developers, real estate agents, and property owners
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other UAE markets
- Meet clients to understand their project requirements, budget, timeline, and design expectations
- Coordinate internally with design, estimation, QS, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations
- Follow up with clients on submitted proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and work toward closing deals
- Update all leads, deals, client communications, follow ups, and project status in CRM
- Submit regular sales reports showing new leads, active opportunities, submitted quotations, closed deals, and lost opportunities
- Build long term relationships with clients and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process
- Work toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Requirements
- Experience in UAE interior design, fit out, construction, landscape, real estate, or design & build sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, client follow up discipline

Job Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and generate new leads for residential villas, commercial fit out, interior design, renovation, and landscape projects.
- Approach potential clients, consultants, architects, developers, real estate agents, and property owners.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other UAE markets.
- Develop partnerships and referral channels to increase project opportunities.
- Client Meetings & Requirement Gathering: Meet clients to understand their project requirements, budget, timeline, and design expectations.
- Conduct initial site visits when required and coordinate with the design, estimation, and operations teams.
- Present Hammer’s company profile, portfolio, services, and project capabilities in a professional manner.
- Sales Coordination & Proposal Follow Up: Coordinate internally with the design, estimation, QS, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with clients on submitted proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and work toward closing deals.
- Ensure all client requirements are clearly communicated to the internal team before proposal submission.
- Maintain proper records of client discussions, project details, revisions, and commercial updates.
- CRM & Reporting: Update all leads, deals, client communications, follow ups, and project status in CRM.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in UAE interior design, fit out, construction, landscape, real estate, or design & build sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, client follow up discipline.
