Overview
- Supervise and monitor all finishing works including:
- Plastering, painting, tiling
- False ceiling, gypsum works
- Joinery, carpentry, aluminum/glazing works
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with design and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants for smooth execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.
- Ensure proper sequencing of finishing activities.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes during finishing.
- Ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions for defects.
- Maintain records of quality checks and approvals.
- Ensure mock-ups and samples are approved before execution.
- Calculate material requirements for finishing works.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at site.
- Verify material quality upon delivery.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols on-site.
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Identify risks and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
- Track work progress against project timelines.
- Prepare snag lists and ensure timely closure.
- Support handover process and final inspections.
