Role Overview
- The Planning Manager is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for residential developments, including villa communities, high rise residential towers, mid rise apartment buildings, and mixed use residential projects.
- The role ensures project delivery within approved timelines through effective planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, resource planning, risk analysis, and reporting.
- The Planning Manager works closely with project managers, engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, consultants, and client teams to ensure timely completion of all project milestones.
