Responsibilities
- Direct end to end global AP processes including invoice processing, vendor master data management, payments, and queries.
- Achieve KPIs and SLAs for accuracy, aging, and processing volumes.
- Lead automation initiatives using OCR technology, ERP upgrades, workflows, and RPA.
- Partner with Treasury to optimize cash flow, discount capture, and payment run schedules.
- Monitor and review open advances, GRN, and payables.
- Maintain robust controls, internal audit standards, and global compliance regulations.
- Act as escalation point for major global vendors and resolve complex reconciliation issues.
- Oversee sub ledger closures, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Manage alignment between GCC team, onshore finance directors, and global procurement departments.
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high performing team of AP managers, team leads, and specialists.
Requirements
- Experience in accounts payable leadership and financial oversight
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives (OCR, ERP, RPA)
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder alignment skills
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
