- Monitor and control effective utilization, operation, and continuous improvement of plant machinery and equipment
- Generate regular monthly reports on deployment, inspection, HSEE, fuel, PMS, BMS, surplus/idle status
- Follow up with project teams and P&M teams on equipment status
- Implement and follow up on IoT systems and dashboards for Plant and Machinery
Requirements
- Deep understanding of performance measures of plant and machinery
- Knowledge of fuel consumption, Diesel Generator Analysis, KWHr Generation Analysis, Efficiency monitoring
- Experience with IoT Systems for utilization tracking
- Project management skills in troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of plant equipment
- Proficiency in Excel, Pivot Tables, Power BI, and dashboards

Role Overview
- The Senior Engineer for Plant & Machinery will be responsible for ensuring the monitoring, controlling and ensuring the effective utilization, operation, and continuous improvement of plant machinery and equipment.
Key Requirements
- Deep understanding of performance measures of the plant and machinery, fuel consumption, Diesel Generator Analysis, KWHr Generation Analysis, Efficiency monitoring, utilization tracking through IoT Systems, Operational efficiency and optimization analysis
- Knowledge and project management skills in the troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of plant equipment
- Maintain high standards of operational safety and efficiency
